I offer a safe non-judgmental environment for you to explore your emotions and create strategies to break through barriers that effect your healing process.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in individual and family therapy. I utilize principles of family systems theory with all clients and believe the family dynamic of every client system is central to client progress. This means I take a relational focus and look at the presenting issue with a larger scope of what may be impacting the individual, dyad, or family. I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use addiction, parenting attachment/infant mental health, relational issues, and overall life stress. My goal is to meet people where they are and provide them with the skills and tools necessary to cultivate a happy, healthier lifestyle.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Delaware. My treatment approach utilizes strength and evidenced-based techniques consisting of Solution-Focused, Structural Therapy, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I integrate and customize treatment to help restructure a person’s thought processes towards a more positive outlook and to help achieve the goals you desire!
